Meet the Network Team


Gabi Woodhams — Head of Network

As well as heading up our Network Team, Gabi makes sure that we're doing whatever we can to make sure the Online Centres Network has all the support and resources we can provide to do the amazing work it does in communities across the country.

Holly Bagnall-Bell — Funding and Performance Manager

Holly heads up the funded network team and offers support to the funded centres within our network. She's always happy to help out with any problems that funded centres may have and especially likes to hear about how they're getting on with our various projects.

Esther Oddy — Membership Manager

As Membership Manager, Esther helps shape the way we do things so that they are the best fit for our members - her strength is looking closely at how to support people and organisations without taking a 'one size fits all' approach.


Marguerite Dennis — Network Specialist

Marguerite is responsible for supporting the Online Centres Network and letting them know about any and all news that may be of interest to them. She likes to chat to centres about what they do and offers them help when they need it.

Alison Broadley — Network Specialist

Alison is responsible for supporting the Online Centres Network with a particular focus on training and making sure that Good Things Foundation is doing all it can to support the network as it helps the people in their communities that need it most.

Jonathan Bradwell - Network Specialist

Jonathan is responsible for supporting the Online Centres Network with a particular focus on communications. When he's not on the phone to centres, you'll find him managing our @Online_Centres Twitter channel, the Online Centres Facebook group or sending you our weekly Members' Newsletter.

Lauren Quinn — Network Specialist

As a Network Specialist with a focus on funding, it’s Lauren's job to chat to our Online Centres Network who receive funding from Good Things Foundation. She does so on a daily basis - troubleshooting, collating feedback and disseminating information.

 


The Good Things Foundation Network team quality promise

We promise to:

  1. Champion the Online Centres Network and showcase the work of the Network at every opportunity.
  2. Complete all inductions within 5 days of receiving an application to join the Network.
  3. Offer support and guidance at the end of a phone between 9am - 5.30pm Monday - Friday.
  4. Reply to all emails within 48 hours that are sent to hello@goodthingsfoundation.org.
  5. Actively seeking national partners who will support and strengthen the work you do and encourage them to demonstrate their support by providing opportunities to benefit your centre. 
  6. Try to offer a range in size of funding contracts to involve as much of the Network as possible and always ensure that funding is awarded to as many new organisations as possible in each funding round.
  7. Listen to your and feedback and act on it wherever possible.
