Be Online 2017

For two weeks in the New Year, the Be Online campaign will see members of the Online Centres Network, and other local organisations hold events helping people to make the most of the internet.

Your events could see you supporting people to gain basic digital skills so they can search and apply for work online, you could help people get new skills to improve their position in work, or you could introduce people to online resources that can help support small businesses and sole traders.

We’ll be providing a brand new suite of resources - developed with the Good Things Foundation Learning Team - that can help you expand and deepen the support you can provide to these audiences. Watch this space.

We’ll also help you advertise your Be Online events with a pack of marketing materials - although after listening to your feedback about Get Online Week, these packs will be trimmed back to make sure the items in there are as useful as possible. We’ll send these out as soon as possible, once you’re registered for the campaign.

Taking place 27 February - 12 March, the campaign will say: For a new job, new skills or for your business, Be Online.
