The event will take place at Lloyds Banking Group’s offices at Bishopsgate, London, just a short Tube ride away from Kings Cross and St Pancras train stations.
The aim is to gain a deeper understanding of the challenges learners face when applying for Universal Credit. The feedback gathered on the day will be used to update the course to ensure it best supports learners in all Online Centres.
It’s a half day event, taking place from noon to 5pm and travel expenses will be covered in full.
