We know that the Online Centres Network are best placed to support individuals in their local communities who are socially and digitally excluded. Similarly, Learn My Way is a valuable resource to help people improve their basic digital skills.
The BT group - BT, EE, and Plusnet - has staff all over the UK. We hope to bring together the expertise and reach of the Online Centres Network and Learn My Way with BT’s activities and staff to help individuals feel more confident accessing and using the internet to support their needs from healthcare to benefits, to banking and beyond.
Together with the network we’ll be supporting people with no or low digital skills in specific towns and cities across the UK, to help them make the most of life. Our partnership will include:
