HMRC Advice and Support

From April 2021 to March 2024 Good Things Foundation is delivering the HMRC Advice and Support programme through the Online Centres Network.

Funded by Her Majesty's Revenue and Customs, our network community partners will support individuals who need extra help in understanding and complying with their tax obligations and claiming their entitlements, including those who are digitally excluded. This new programme will build on 6 years of experience and knowledge in supporting customers with HMRC services. Overall, since April 2015, we have supported 47,910 individuals with advice and guidance and between 20021-24 this project will aim to reach a further 18,750 people.
