Resilience is something that can protect our mental health so learning to strengthen or resilience is an important part of managing our wellbeing. Resilience is about a person's ability to "bounce back" from difficult experiences and situations. We all face challenges in our lives, it is about our capacity to adapt to changing and challenging situations. This webinar will explore what contributes to resilience and how developing and maintaining a positive attitude can help us to be more resilient and to positively manage our mental health.
