Description

Care opinion is a non-profit community interest company. Their mission is for people to be able to share their experiences of health and care in ways which are safe, simple and lead to learning and change. To do this, they ask people to write anonymous feedback on the Care opinion website. These stories are then sent to the health or care providers and invite them to reply. This all happens in an open forum so anyone can see how and where services are listening and changing in response.
