One of the ways in which we can manage our own mental health and encourage others to help themselves is to develop positive coping strategies. Stress is a part of everyday life, we all experience it and deal with it differently. If stress is not managed it can lead to distress which can have a negative effect on our physical and mental wellbeing. Why do some people seem to cope better than others and how can we improve our ability to manage the stress in our lives? Developing positive coping strategies is an important way of managing stress to enable us to feel healthier and happier. The webinar will explore some of the positive coping strategies you can develop to help you to cope better with stress.
