In this brand new two part webinar series - we'll be talking all things Governance. Getting to grips with the law and legal regulations can be difficult. This webinar aims to simplify this and help you to consider aspects you might have missed.
Part 1: Structures
In this session we will explore the different legal forms not-for-profits can have. We'll also look at both the advantages and disadvantages of different types of organisations including; companies limited by guarantee, registered charities and community interest companies.

Part 2: Report and structures
In part two, we'll cover the statutory requirements for charities (e.g annual returns) or filings with companies house (e.g confirmation statements), different types of annual reports, accounts and audits. You'll also hear about additional obligations for registered charities and/or company law requirements.
