Have you heard about agile and wonder what it's all about? In this three-part webinar series, we'll cover the basics of being agile and explore how agile values and principles can practically help to manage your centre, support your staff and respond to your community. Being agile may sound very simple - in reality, it’s a powerful way of thinking and behaving and part one of this series will start to outline how.

Part 2: Collaboration and delivery

In part one we looked at how agile can practically help you manage your centre. In part two we'll focus on the two aspects from the "heart of agile": collaboration and delivery. We'll describe what good practice is for collaborating and consider ways to prioritise what is delivered when and in what order.

Part 3: Reflection and improvement

Pausing to review and adapt are key agile principles and our third session will outline what this can mean to a centre. It'll outline the importance of reflection and share simple ideas and activities which go beyond recording and responding to compliments and complaints.
