Online Centre, GOSAD, looked at the challenges of applying and managing Universal Credit requirements for those that are digitally excluded. They shared the work they do to help digitally excluded claimants.

It is quite staggering to discover that those that are digitally excluded continue to lack support. In this webinar, they shared case studies – such as supporting a client who was almost made homeless because she could not maintain her UC online requirements, and due to sanctions her claim was entirely stopped.
