What Makes a Good Digital Volunteer

This workshop took place on Wednesday 10 March

Presented by: Hilary Nugent (Good Things Foundation) and Jenny Philips (Digital Communities Wales)

Many people feel that they do not have the "technical skills" to be a digital volunteer, and yet qualities such as patience and empathy may be more important. This sessions examines what makes a good digital volunteer, and how to attract the right volunteers to support your service. This interactive session will give you a chance to discuss challenges and ideas with other network partners, and session will be co-presented by Jenny Philips, the Volunteer Coordinator for Digital Communities Wales.
