Universal Credit is the new system of benefits that is mainly applied for and maintained online. Many Online Centres offer people essential support to apply for Universal Credit and to manage their claim, as well as developing the skills they need to search for work online. We've developed a package of training to help you deliver to other organisations, to help them:

• Raise awareness of Online Centres, both nationally and locally and the great work you do in your local communities
• Give an overview of some of the challenges that digitally excluded people face when it comes to making a Universal Credit application
• Connect the work done in Online Centres with the support offered by other organisations and to hopefully create local connections
