Face-to-face training

The Good Things Foundation Learning Team can provide a range of bespoke training packages for community organisations, small charities and SMEs.

We can deliver ‘made to measure’ training or 'off-the-shelf' packages at a venue of your choice - perfect if you need to train a group of your staff or volunteers all at once.

Our flagship, in-person programme - delivered to staff at Lloyds Banking Group, TalkTalk and more -  is Digital Champion training.

Digital Champion Training

The Digital Champion programme from Good Things Foundation provides tailored training to organisations and individuals who want to help others gain the skills needed in a digital world.

Our Digital Champion training is for staff and volunteers from any organisation which aims to inspire people to get online, help them gain basic digital skills and signpost them to local community learning opportunities. 

Our flexible options mean you can choose which training is right for you and your team, either for a one-off session or for creating an advancing programme of Digital Champion development.

We’ve helped over 1.4 million people to get online since 2010, through our national network of 5000 local centres and by training Digital Champions in local authorities, housing associations, and customer-facing businesses, as well as community and voluntary groups.
